- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★It is 12:23 on Monday morning and Im trying to contact the health clinic to arrange to have 2 stitches removed. I phoned twice and after the phone rang for a couple of minutes I was cut off.
I have finally managed to get a dialling tone/ring and I am now sitting waiting for the phone to be answered and there are 6 callers in front of me.
I appreciate monday mornings are busy but perhaps more people could be put on the phones at this peak time.
I feel bad clogging up the system at this time as there may be people behind me in the queue for who getting through is an emergency. However, when you work full time it is very difficult to find a time when you can sit for 10/15 mins waiting for the phone to be answered , we are all busy.
