  I recently dealt with T and A motors and I have to say the customer service was absolutely shocking. I dropped my car for them to fix an issue I had with DSC light coming on. They looked at the car and I received a call from the head mechanic detailing two scenarios. At this stage I simply asked what sort of money are we talking? As soon as I said that I heard him shout get the car off the ramp. I arrived later that day to pick up the car at which point I tried to get some idea on cost. On the invoice was a jumbled up list of costs. In the end I finally got a figure for option A, reference the warranty I was told they would contact the company about the claim and I was to phone back in a couple of days. After prompting I was called back 3 days later with a tirade of abuse about how hes wasted time on the phone to the warranty company (as they had asked for the fault code) and that if I wanted the work done bring it back or go somewhere else. Shocking customer service - avoid!
